Detailed Product Description

The bottles are sent to the filling machine through the planetary wheel. There are bottle-nips on the return table of the washing machine. The bottle-nips catch the bottle mouse and turn over 180°along with the guide rail. In the washing area, the nozzles will spray out disinfection liquid or water to wash the in-wall of the bottles. After washing and drying, turn over 180°to make the bottles up. The washed bottles will be sent to the filling machine. The pressure filling is used for the beverage filling. After filling, the bottles will be sent to the bottle top machine by the transition wheel. The revolving-stop on the bottle top machine will catch the bottle neck to keep the bottles straight and prevent the bottles revolve. After the bottle top covered, the finished products will be send to the bottle packing machine through the exit transporting chain. The whole machine is enveloped by envelop windows. The envelop windows height is higher than the max. point of the equipment and with the channels for the bottle enter and exit. There is wind exhausted groove on the bottom of the windows.
