Name:   CQGF 24-24-8 Automatic washing, filling, capping 3-in-1 unit machine (Water)

Technical characteristic:

CQGF 24-24-8 3-in-1 unit machine mainly suits for some non-carbonated beverage, such as pure water and mineral water etc. This machine adopts bottle-neck positioning conveying style, you just need change little spares to suits for your different bottle sizes, and this style reduces worn on bottle, the conveying is very steady. The filling adopts micro negative pressure, which improve the filling speed and can control the filling liquid level accurately.

Machine frame

Mainly use structural steel. External use 304 stainless steel and carbon steel frame.

Rotary type bottle washing part

It has 8 washing heads. The pliers catch the bottle stable and reliable. Washing bottle high efficiency.

Filling part

It has 18 filling heads. We all use 304 stainless steel for the part which will touch with products. The filling jars inside and outside all adopts bright finished.

Capping part

It has 6 capping heads. We adopt

Cap tiding part

We import reduction gearbox, with the 304 stainless steel lid, which reduce the caps second pollution. The cap store and cap falling groove has the no-cap , which can control the cap sending speed. When there is no cap, the machine will stop automatically.

Power system

motor, reduction gearbox, each motion part use gearing, running stable, each bottle conveying star-wheel use and has the protection mechanism.

Controlling system and operation panel

The electrical case is sealed, 304 stainless steel, import PLC, transducer, relay, photoelectric switch, inductive switch relay, touch screen operation panel and pneumatic component.
